A West Village feel with the convenience of Union Square, University Place, where the first Wellspring Suites center will be is a location with the best of both worlds. The quiet, academic and quaint streets that are unique to the West Village together with the trains, buses and convenience of being close to Union Square.
Together with the great Greenwich Village vibe found on University Place, there are also some great architectural sites to see, look north and you will see the Empire State building, look south and you will see One World Trade. And in a concrete jungle we know you need access to some greener areas. Wellspring will be located close to Washington Square Park and Union Square Park; we love the fresh produce market, a great place to pick up some fresh produce for dinner while taking a break during lunch. Did we mention the history found in this neighborhood? William James, the famous psychologist and his brother Henry, the famous author, used to live right down the street. Some of our soon to be historic neighbors also include Ezra Pound and Emma Lazarus, the famous poets and Sinclair Lewis the famous novelist. A few of our academic neighbors include, NYU, the New School and Cardozo Law School, we accredit them to adding a pleasant feeling and intellectual academic environment. This is just the beginning of our list of favorite things close to our new center.
