Is it free to register and list with Wellspring Suites? Yes. We only earn a fee when one of our referrals licenses to rent an office from you, and pays you. It’s a win-win.

Am I free to keep pursuing my own marketing and leads?
Yes, no exclusive is required, you are free to pursue your regular marketing, free to accept or reject our introductions. Give it a try, there are no obligations! -
Do I have to setup my own listing?
No, provide us with the office details and our team will set up your web listing to best reflect your offices. You can fill in the Owner Survey here. -
Can I dip in and out as and when my rooms become available?
Yes, you can even dip in and out during times when you just don't have sufficient leads of your own, reducing those void periods. -
Do I have to pay for enquiries?
No, you only pay a fee when you decide to accept a renter who is introduced through Wellspring. And, you will only do this when it is your best option! -
But you do charge a commission?
Yes, we need to pay our team, but only when you decide to choose one of our renters; and, you will only take one of our renters when this is the best option.

How It Works
Wellspring is a peer-to-peer technology platform connecting practitioners who are looking for offices, with practitioners who have spare offices available for rent. A marketplace for hosts + guests.
As a nationwide eBroker and eCommerce platform, we find you a suitable practitioner to rent your offices. We can also handle all the contracts and insurances, look after the administration with regards to billing and payment of your rent, and handle any renewals.
Depending on the client and the contract T & C we agree between us, we either handle all aspects of the transaction, or we simply find you the renter and charge a one-off service fee.
